2011 CMA Fest

David featured on legendary WSM radio!

David was thrilled to meet the crew of WSM radio and be a part of their show during CMA Fest. Bill Cody interviewed him and played his popular song, "I Don't Live In Lonely Anymore."

#20 on National Country Charts - after just 2 weeks, David's song, "I Don't Live In Lonely Anymore" skyrocketed to the top of one of the world's most popular music websites, Reverbnation. And the song remained in the top 20 for over 6 weeks. Airplay is strictly fan driven and has over 1 million artists. The CEO of Reverbnation, Michael Doernberg, commented, "That is extremely impressive considering the amount of artists, including many majors that are on our website!"

It was an incredible honor to perform during the 2010 CMA Fest/Fan Fair at the ROPE Spectacular. The event is held every year with some of the best entertainers and legends in the business. This year was exceptional including: Lorrie Morgan, John Conlee, David Frizzel, Crystal Gayle, David Wilkins and more. To be included among such incredible talent and legends was definitely one of the highights in our careers. And meant even more when we received the following letter from ROPE after the performance:

I am sending this letter of thank you and appreciation for the great show you gave to the crowd last night at our show. I told you last night that many artists and members of our Board of Directors were so impressed with your performance. The great looking suit you wore gave the fans a look at what country music should be and once was, and you made a great impression to everyone last evening. We are so thankful you accepted our invitation to join us last night. From Little David Wilkins to David Church was a perfect opening for the evening, and I am sure you know by the reception that you received that you impressed everyone from the artists on the show to the crowd assembled. On behalf of myself, as your friend and fan, along with all of our Board of Directors, thank you for helping make our show one of the best, and possibly the best we have had in many, many years.
